Daily Schedule
	Time		Older Infants' Program
	7:30 am		Arrival, sign in, goodbyes, quiet free indoor play activities
	8:30-9:00 am		Breakfast served (social activity at the table) cleanup
	9:15 am		Indoor free play activities: choice of working in various learning centers, language manipulatives, art; cleanup/toileting, put inside toys away, etc.
	10:15 am		Outside free playtime: climing, sliding, running, bikes, etc.
	11:15 am		Direct learning time: circletime for songs, stories, music.
	12:00-12:45 pm		Lunch (social activity), cleanup/handwashing/toileting;
	12:45 pm		Free choice of quiet activities: stories, quiet music, books, manipulatives, quiet puzzles/cleanup/toileting;
	1:30-3:30 pm		Naptime (for all children); after nap: cleanup/toileting/ shoes on;
	3:30 pm		Snacktime: social gather at the table;
	3:45 pm		Indoor/outdoor free choice activities available;
	4:30 pm		Late snack available;
	5:00 pm		Start departure: gather belongings, put away toys, sign out, goodbyes.
	5:15 pm		Child Care closes.
			* Free Play: Child selected activities, in or outdoors: jungle gym, bikes, play house, pool. * Directed Play : Language, music, dance, arts, books, puppet shows, educational videos. * Social Activity: Good manners at the table, mastering fine motor control by the use of spoons, cups, etc. * Snack: Our Child Care will provide snacks. The snacks will be either fruits (apples/bananas) or raw vegetables (carrots/celery). We urge the parents not to send cookies or sweets for the children. Note: This schedule is not very ridged or fixed. It serves more as a guideline and it can be variable, according to the needs of the children, specially as it pertains to nap time.
