Communication Policy
		Parent to teacher and teacher to parent: The most effective way to educate the children is to have frequent, open communication on an individual basis, with the optimum assurance of confidentiality, between parents and teacher. Please understand that a parent/teacher conference is not only appropriate when a difficulty arises, but also is of great benefit to discuss any individual strengths, weaknesses, problems, home or Child Care situations which would lead to a greater understanding of the child. To arrange for a conference with the Child Care provider or director, please just call to make an appointment at the best time convenient for both parties.
